Wedding MBA 2022

In 2022, I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the Wedding Merchants Business Academy, MBA for short, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This educational conference is where people in all aspects of the wedding industry come together to connect, acquire new skills, learn the latest wedding industry trends, meet other vendors, become certified and so much more. There were over 5000 in attendance, the largest group ever! I chose to take advantage of becoming certified through attending sessions in the wedding officiant track that included topics on writing love stories, ceremony creations, networking, working with other vendors, marketing strategies and pricing your services. Other sessions I attended revolved around growing your business, brand development, social media and content creation. Certification is received after attending sessions and completing testing. I am excited be a Certified Wedding Officiant, that better prepares me to meet the needs of couples. Needless to say, Wedding MBA had a profound impact on me and my business so much so that I’m already registered for next year’s meeting.
